What it is
Drown is a two-knob doom fuzz.
Feed it a guitar or a bass and it turns a single held note into something crushing: a wall of fuzz with an octave-below sub under it, blooming into a bottomless drone. It is the sound of a big classic fuzz stacked into another fuzz, into a wall of amps, in one plugin.
It is built for slow, held playing, not fast riffing. Give it a low note and it drops the ground out from under it. Weight, not speed.
The two knobs
You set two things: how heavy, and how deep.
MIX blends the finished tone against your dry signal, full for an insert or pulled back on a bus. FREEZE catches the current drone and holds it forever, an endless bed to play over.
Hear it
A dry note, then the same note through Drown.

Why it sounds like this
Doom is single notes, held forever, impossibly heavy. The sound of the heaviest drone and sludge records. It lives on a fuzz stacked into another fuzz, into a wall of scooped, bass-heavy amps with endless sustain. We built exactly that, and gain-staged it to a proper studio level, so it hits like a truck but never clips your channel.
