Privacy Policy

Short version: Siesta Audio collects as little as it can, uses trusted processors to run the shop, and never sells your data. If you email me, you can ask what I hold and I will tell you or delete it.

Siesta Audio ("Siesta Audio", "we", "I") runs siestaaudio.com and sells audio plugins. This page explains what data is collected, why, and who it is shared with.

What is collected

• Your email address — if you buy a plugin, take the free one, or sign up to be told when something ships. Used to send your download link and license, and occasional release or bundle news. Nothing else.
• Order information — when you buy, our checkout and payment partner processes your name, email, billing country and payment. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic analytics — anonymous, aggregate usage (pages visited, rough location, device type) to understand what is working. No profiles, no ad tracking.
• The plugins themselves collect nothing. Licenses are verified offline, on your machine. The software never contacts the internet.

Who processes it

To run the shop I rely on a small set of established providers, each with their own privacy terms:

• Fourthwall — checkout, payments and tax, as merchant of record. Handles your order and card details.
• Kit (ConvertKit) — stores your email address and sends release emails.
• Resend — sends the one transactional email that delivers your download and license after a purchase.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and download storage.
• Google Analytics — anonymous, aggregate site analytics.

What is never done

• Your data is never sold or rented.
• There is no advertising network and no cross-site ad tracking.
• Personal data is never put in URLs or shared with anyone the list above does not name.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email using the link at its foot. Your license still works forever regardless.
• Ask what is held. Email me and I will tell you.
• Ask for deletion. Email me and I will remove your data, keeping only what tax and accounting law requires me to retain about a sale.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to run the cart and measure anonymous analytics. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
