Refund Policy

Buy a plugin, put it on a real track, and live with it for two weeks. If it is not for you, email me within 14 days and I will send your money back. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings.

The promise

Every paid Siesta Audio plugin comes with a 14-day, no-questions refund. A demo tells you nothing until it is on your own music, so the whole plugin is the trial. If it does not earn its place, you should not have to keep it.

How to ask

• Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, within 14 days of purchase.
• Say which plugin. You do not need to explain why.
• I refund to your original payment method, usually the same day I see it.

A couple of honest notes

• The free plugin (Memory Station '03) has nothing to refund — it is free.
• Refunds are meant for "this is not the sound I needed", not for using a plugin to finish a record and then asking for the money back. I trust you; please extend the same.
• Your download links keep working during the refund window; once a refund is issued, the license for that plugin is no longer valid.
