Short version: anything you make with these plugins is yours, forever, with no royalties. Just don't redistribute the plugin itself or share your license. Buying a plugin means you agree to this.
What you get
When you buy a Siesta Audio plugin you get a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use it. Install it on every computer you own and use it for as long as you like. Free updates are included; no version is locked into your license.
What you can do with what you make
Anything. Records, film and TV scores, ads, games, sample-based work, sync, client work, whatever. There are:
- No royalties.
- No credit required.
- No separate license tier for commercial use.
You are buying a tool, not renting a sound. What you create is yours.
What you may not do
- Do not redistribute the plugin itself. Send people to siestaaudio.com instead.
- Do not share, resell or publish your license key.
- Do not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to defeat the licensing.
The free plugin
Memory Station '03 is free to download and use under these same terms. It is a complete plugin, not a trial, and it stays free.
Payments and delivery
Checkout, payment and tax are handled by our merchant of record. After purchase, your download links and license arrive by email, usually within moments. Downloads are hosted on our own storage so a link in an old email still resolves after future releases.
Warranty and liability
The plugins are provided "as is". They are tested carefully at strict validation levels before release, but no software is guaranteed to be error-free or fit for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Siesta Audio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the plugins. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the shop grows. The version in force is the one on this page at the time of your purchase.
